What it does
- Budget: 15 starter categories (venue, catering, photography, attire, flowers, music, rings and more). Estimates start from a typical share of your total budget; add actual costs, payments and the next due date
- Still to pay and over or under estimate for every category, plus a chart of estimate against actual cost
- Guest list: groups, plus-ones, RSVP (yes, no, pending), meal choice, plus-one meal, table number, gift and thank-you sent
- Counts itself: invitations, people invited, people attending, declined, waiting for an RSVP, and meal totals for the people attending
- Vendors: service, company, contact, status, quote, deposit, deposit due date and final payment date. Unpaid deposits past their date turn red
- Checklist: 26 starter tasks from 12 months out to the week before, with due dates calculated from your wedding date. Overdue tasks turn red
- Dashboard: days to go, budget, estimated total, actual costs, paid so far, still to pay, guests, meals and checklist progress
