Made for flooring
- The blank workbook comes with a starter price book of 26 common flooring items: luxury vinyl plank, laminate, engineered hardwood, porcelain tile, carpet and pad, underlayment, thinset, grout, self-levelling compound, transition strips, baseboard or quarter round, installer and helper labour, tear-out and disposal per sq ft, subfloor prep, LVP, hardwood and tile install per sq ft, stair treads, tile saw and floor scraper rental, furniture moving and more. Add your own costs once and reuse them on every quote

- Quantities are what you enter, so add your own waste allowance (the sample quotes 572 sq ft of plank for a 520 sq ft room)

What it does
- Estimate builder: pick items or type your own, enter quantities, and unit prices, line totals, taxes, deposit and balance calculate for you. Your cost, gross profit and margin show before you send
- Client quote: a printable one-page quote with your business details, the client, line items, up to two taxes, deposit, terms and a signature line. Your costs and markup never appear on it
- Taxes: two tax lines with your own names and rates. Each applies to all lines, materials only, or labour only
- Jobs: status (lead, quoted, won, in progress, complete, lost), contract price, estimated vs actual cost, hours, profit, margin and money still owed (200 jobs)
- Costs log: receipts and labour against a job # (500 entries). Actual cost and hours flow to the Jobs tab automatically
- Dashboard: open quotes, won work, profit, money owed, win rate, costs by category, and jobs over estimate
- Default markup per category, or per item. Any currency
