Invoice Template and Tracker

What it does

• Printable invoice for any invoice number: your business details, the client's details, up to 15 lines, tax per line, subtotal, tax, total, amount paid and balance due, plus your payment instructions and a note. Print it or save it as a PDF
• Clients list: enter each client once and pick them from a drop-down
• Invoices log: date, client and payment terms in; due date, totals, balance, status (paid, due or overdue) and days overdue out. Part payments work
• Line items list: invoice number from a drop-down, description, quantity and unit price. Mark a line not taxable with one word
• Dashboard: invoiced and paid this year, outstanding and overdue amounts, how many invoices are paid, due or overdue, and a chart by month
• One tax rate with your own tax name (GST, VAT, sales tax). Any currency. Room for 100 clients, 500 invoices and 3,000 lines
