What it does

• Inventory: one running list. Add an item when you buy it, fill in the sale when it sells. No monthly copying
• Status, invoice number, profit and days to sell calculate for every item
• Sales tax split by channel: mark which channels collect sales tax for you. Tax you collected yourself (to remit) is kept apart from tax the marketplace handled
• Expenses: supplies, subscriptions, storage, mileage and anything else that isn't stock
• Monthly summary: items sold, sales, cost of goods, platform fees, shipping, other expenses, net profit and both tax totals for every month, plus stock on hand at cost
• Invoice: pick an invoice number and the buyer, item, price, shipping, tax and total fill in. Print it or save it as a PDF
• Settings: your business name, tax name and rate (GST, HST, VAT or sales tax), up to 10 sales channels and 10 expense categories
• Room for 2,000 items and 2,000 expenses. Works in any currency
